Contraband was the star attraction at our wedding. I am so glad we were able to book them! They were simply amazing…from dinner music to the best dance music…they not only had such a variety of music, but they sound better than the actual recording artists! Robbie and I cannot say enough great things about Contraband. I have known Stefani for years, and she is one of the most talented vocalists I have EVER met. She can sing anything from Aretha Franklin to Katy Perry or even James Brown. No matter what you want to hear, Contraband sounds amazing performing it! They are unbelievably well-rounded in every way. What we loved most about them, is the fact that you can tell they all love what they do and are determined to make sure everyone, no matter what age, has a great time. At our wedding, there was not a single person sitting down the entire evening! Stefani’s husband, Jeff, is the DJ and coordinator of everything. He is so wonderful to work with and wants everything to go just as you envision it! He was involved from the very beginning attending meetings with the Venue, talking with the Venue coordinator, working with our wedding planner and emailing and texting several times a week to make sure they were ready and everything ran perfectly! Because it rained the day of our wedding, we had to move the ceremony inside causing us to have to move the band to a different location within the reception area. We had to move them to a much smaller area, which was not conducive for any band; but Jeff figured it out and made it look and sound perfect! What should have been stressful was not at all. Jeff arrived at the venue at 10 am Saturday morning to set up and make sure everything was to my liking as far as sound, lights, setup and everything. At the end of the wedding reception, we even had the photographers and videographers telling us how much fun the reception was! I cannot stress enough not only how musically inclined Stefani and the band are, but how wonderful they are to work with. I could honestly go on and on, but I truly believe there is not another band out there that can top Contraband! Contraband was a HUGE reason our special day was absolutely perfect! Stefani Little and her band, Contraband, have been one of my favorite live bands to see perform in quite some time. Stefani has an amazing voice. She can do any style of music ~ from country, blues, rock, and pop. The chemistry of the band makes for a good concert as well. The musicians are all professionals and are so talented. I have to say that Contraband is the best band I have ever heard at a wedding. Everyone enjoyed them immensely, no matter what age you were.
