Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center is a wedding venue located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The hotel has a modern and eclectic style, with a mix of cozy ambiance, urban convenience, and resort-style relaxation all in one place.
Facilities and Capacity
Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center can accommodate small groups of 20, to big celebratory groups of 700 wedding guests within its contemporary event space spanning an area of 42,000 square feet. The event space features a ballroom, with modern decor, extravagant ceilings, and natural lighting. The hotel also offers 177 suites and guest rooms, plus an indoor/ outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor patio with a sunset view.

Our dream for the couple is for them to enjoy being in love while we help with the rest. We strive to make the planning process enjoyable by having professional wedding coordinators assist in the design of a customized experience for their wedding. The venue offers various services for bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners as well as wedding ceremonies and receptions, including:

Amazing Coordinator - Shannon
After the NOAH's Event Venue went bankrupt my fiance and I were left without a venue and 10 months to find another one before our date and before all of the good venues were booked. I called Stony Creek and talked with the Coordinator, Shannon. Not only was she super understanding, she was very honest, up front, and was not trying to sell me on anything. My father and I went in for a tour and she showed us all the spaces that would be available for the reception and the ceremony.
Unfortunately, the final price was out of our price range. But, that did not stop her from talking with her managers and the hotel's catering companies to see if they could meet us at our budget. In the end, she wasn't able to get the catering any lower (the catering alone was what put us over budget). And we are now looking elsewhere.
Shannon was amazing, hard working, and has a genuine passion for brides and weddings. She worked so hard for us and it felt great to talk to a coordinator who cared about me and my wedding. Even though we aren't getting married there, I will recommend it to engaged friends and out of town family who are coming to our wedding. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO SHANNON!!!

Shannon and Stoney Creek were phenomenal!
Shannon did the most amazing job helping us plan and make our wedding more than we could ever imagine it could be! From the setup, to decorating, and everything else in between she was absolutely amazing! The staff was warm and welcoming, and they truly made our special day a very special day. Too top it all off Shannon has been by our side since day 1, never left our side, was always willing to go the extra 3 miles to help, and she never allowed my bride to lift a finger or worry about a single thing. I would recommend Shannon and Stoney Creek for any wedding, event, or an overnight get away! We will use them everytime from now on! Thank you again Shannon for everything!
