When I first called to set up the hair appointments I was told that the hair trial would be $25 and the hair the day of my wedding would be $50...not a big deal...right? Well, I didn't look at my notes before going to my hair trial. While there they charged me $50 and then did the same on the day of the wedding. When I said something I was told that "the receptionist would be talked to about this" and "she should know better." They didn't follow through on their promise.

The hair was beautiful and they got the girls in and out rather quickly. However, I feel like I was taken advantage of over the price. When you are quoted for something...It should be what they originally say.
