He was organized, on time, courteous, and flexible. The last thing you want is to be stressed about another detail of your special day, and he made everything so easy. Troy at STUDIO23 was recommended to me by a friend who had him entertain at her wedding. From the first phone call I made to Troy, his professionalism, expertise, and calm nature put me at ease and ensured we would receive great service.

When I e-mailed Troy with questions or suggestions, he always responded within 30 minutes and provided guidance to us along the way. He is very experienced at providing wedding services (including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception entertainment) and his experience was evident in the documents he had us fill out and the questions he asked us - it was great to not have to really know what we were doing because we knew Troy would take care of it. He worked seamlessly with our caterer and the event ran 100% smoothly.

Our guests loved the music Troy played and we could not be happier with the service he provided.
