Subconscious Coffee was the perfect addition to my wedding. The service was available pre-ceremony and through cocktail hour. The guests who don't drink alcohol were pleased to have other options, and the bridal party loved having a pick-me-up as our day started so early. Robyn was a breeze to work with and was flexible with the schedule. The coffee was amazing and the oat milk latte was made just how I like it! I'd recommend them as a unique vendor to have at any event.

Robyn was a delight to work with for our wedding; we couldn't have been happier with the coffee - our guests raved about it! She also worked with us to customize our cups with compostable stickers; we would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Subconscious Coffee provided us with ideal espresso bar service for our reception of about 65 guests. Robyn and Isaac have a lot of event experience and were super helpful when we were navigating the logistics of service and menu selection for our guests. They were very self-sufficient with set-up and teardown and soooo flexible during all the event changes due to the pandemic.
I highly recommend affogatos! The cappuccinos, mochas, hot chocolates, lattes...etc. were all enjoyed greatly. Plus they offered alternative milks, decaf espresso, and a variety of teas...we couldnt have asked for more from them or their service. I think they were probably the highlight of our food/beverage offerings!
