That said, we were all simply blown away by Spice Catering's team, service, and food! Honestly the service was flawless and probably the best we have seen at our venue-- Erick the Maitre D' was nothing less than a true pro and really impressed us all! Kate at the bar is amazing, and every team member we got to interact with had the best attitude. And, to top it off, Chef Billy's food was phenomenal.
After the event was over, I learned that the crew unfortunately had a faulty oven rental that needed to be switched out mid-event, so I was even more impressed that they pulled it off so seamlessly! The logistics of providing offsite catering can be a challenge-- and knowing that Spice Catering has mastered this makes me so confident in recommending them to all of our couples.

My 65th Birthday Party
His assistant, Leanne did a wonderful job with room decor and arrangement, as well as managing the event. His team was incredibly gracious and kind. Finally, if you are a "nervous nelly" like me, you will appreciate Billy's calm, reassuring and patient attitude. I highly recommend this caterer.
