I only have the best things to say about Sydney. We hired her as a day of coordinator and that was one of our smartest decisions. She was always super responsive, gave us planning tools to organize all our details, drove a few hours out to our venue for a tour, and communicated with our vendors before the day. And on the day, let me tell you, she was essential. She travelled out to our rehearsal the day before which I know really helped the bridal party feel more comfortable with their ceremony duties, and she was on time and ready every single time we met. On the wedding day, she probably did a million things behind the scenes that I don't even know about, but some examples of what I know she did was work with all my vendors, set out some of our more valuable decorations including the cake table and guestbook table, and kept us on schedule. When she approached us during the night to inform us of the schedule or ask us questions, it never felt bothersome or stressful, it was always helpful and reassuring. She's a caring, professional woman who's on top of her stuff, and she'll go out of her way to make your day special. If you want to relax on your wedding day and let a professional handle the rest, pick her!

We hired Sunflower Entertainment for our Seattle wedding in October and I am so happy we did! We had Briana as our coordinator and I absolutely loved working with her! In the last few weeks when everything started to really come together and start to feel a little overwhelming, Briana made me feel like I was in good hands. I loved how detailed the timeline was so when the big day came, my husband and I were really able to just enjoy it. She was communicative, thorough and I would hire Sunflower again in a second!

Sydney made my wedding day one of the best days of my life. I used her for partial planning because I am a bit of a control freak (sorry, Sydney!). In hindsight, I should’ve handed everything over to her because it would’ve been executed perfectly. She was a joy to work with, took care of every obstacle. It felt like I was working with my best friend. I am so very grateful. The wedding day and rehearsal went by without a worry. 1000% would recommend.
