I have been making cakes for well over 16 years now. In 2010 I decided to make it my business and "opened" Super Sue's Sweet Shoppe (though my actual name is AmySue). I work from my house in a separate commercial kitchen I added to the lower level of my home. I am fully licensed as well as regularly inspected by the health department, just like any other store front food business is. I love getting to be creative everyday and making beautiful, delicious cakes for people to enjoy. I take great pride in my work and believe it shows in every cake I make!
