Amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their options and helped me come to a good decision. I ended up buying several different cake round flavors for my guests and will end up using a display cake. Their cake is absolutely delicious and they offer a nice variety. They also have beautiful decoration options.

I cannot express how great it was to have our wedding cake made by Susie Cakes! I wanted a simple, delicious cake, and that’s exactly what we got with Susie Cakes. The cake we selected was decorated with simple white buttercream frosting, and we had a different flavor for each tier. It was perfect, and they delivered it all the way up to our (hard to find) venue. Lastly, the tasting was so much fun! It was also essentially free (which is very rare in the world of wedding tastings)—it cost $20 but that went toward the cost of our cake once we decided to order with them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I never really fantasized about what my wedding day would be like as a child, but the cake was something I have been absolutely sure about since I first tried Susie Cakes back in 2007. Their vanilla celebration and red velvets cakes are truly the best I have had and I was so excited to have them both in our 3-tier wedding cake. My husband and I used the Calabasas location for our wedding since it was the closest shop to our venue and the staff there were friendly, helpful, and professional. The tasting was a blast and the cake and mini cupcakes looked and tasted amazing on the big day. I would definitely recommend Susie Cakes for any situation in which you need to satisfy a sweet tooth!
