I graduated with top honors from Arizona Culinary Institute in 2013 with a diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking & Restaurant Management. In 2015 I was chosen to return to ACI for a Baking & Pastry Fellowship, where I honed my decorating skills under one of the most well-renowned pastry chefs in the industry. I have worked as a senior line cook in several fine dining restaurants, and as a baker and decorator in two different award winning bakeries. In early 2019, my husband and I made our permanent home in Augusta, Georgia, and I'm excited to focus full time on practicing my art in this beautiful city!
I love yoga, hiking, waterfalls, organizing things, gardening, traveling, wine tasting, classical music, quilting, summer fruits, winter scarves, and thunderstorms. But mostly I love my husband Jon, who puts up with all my experiments and kitchen messes, and even cleans up after some of them for me!
