I mostly worked with Casey who was great! The staff working our event seemed very young, and maybe not fully trained. They did not provide some of the services discussed in meetings with Casey. However, Sweet Basil was very open to our feedback, and I would still recommend them. The food was great - the most compliments I heard from guests were some of the items we chose for our cocktail hour appetizers.

Food was decent but the professionalism from the staff and owner are poor at best. Used for catering for a wedding and they were rude to the guest and late setting up. They even forgot to set places for the head table. They put everyone else behind schedule. Staff had poor attitudes the whole night. They added to much extra stress on a wedding day. Would NOT recommend for catering. To much money for poor customer service.
