Hi! I'm Corissa, an extrovert, hopeless romantic, and lover of all parties (with a giant sweet tooth). I created Sweet Treats with my love, Mckay, to spread joy and create memories through the universal language of sweetness.

A little about me: I have ADHD which means I always have a project or 5 going on, I love to read, workout, watch Broncos football, and host game nights with my friends and family. Recently Mckay and I have been getting into golf together which has been so fun. As the designated "mom" of our friend group I tend to be the one making the plans, hosting the parties, and making sure we get together semi regularly! My love language is quality time and I truly can't think of anything better than spending a few hours with all my favorite people.

Mckay and I came up with the idea of Sweet Treats while on vacation in Hawaii, we wanted to create something together that would give us the flexibility to go on an extended vacation each February with family or friends. Inspired by the gorgeous Gelato trikes down in Australia, and on the East Coast, we set out to create Sweet Treats!

We're a young couple and company, everything we do is after our normal 9-5 but our hope is to someday soon take this full time and replace our current jobs! We don't want to be just another caterer serving sweets; with our trikes we deliver a unique and picturesque experience that we hope will be remembered long after the last bite!

With our own wedding plans for 2025, we can't help but be invested in making each event extra special! We love weddings, meeting new people, and serving all the sweet treats!

Hey I'm Mckay, co-founder of the sweetest trike in town.

I'm an introvert, runner, tv binger, avid golfer, and sports junkie. I grew up playing basketball, and watching football with my dad and brother. Come fall, you can typically find me on the couch with Corissa cheering on the Denver Broncos (her team) or the Dallas Cowboys (my team). In the summer we're typically on the golf course together spending some quality time together!

Corissa keeps me on my toes in the best way, always thinking up some project for us to do, or planning an event. It can be exhausting, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She makes life fun.

We created Sweet Treats to give us something to build together and get us (hopefully) out of our 9-5 grind in the next few years, It means a lot that you'd consider us to cater your wedding, and I hope we can celebrate your special day with you here soon.
