Do NOT book this caterer! She is a scam - she has multiple warrants out in Garland, TX. and we are currently pressing charges for fraud/theft. She took our money and then never showed up to our holiday event - although she kept contact up until an hour before our event started. She said she was running late. She had no intent to show up - no servers or bartenders showed up or heating lamps, etc. She cut off all communication, wont respond to anything - she is a fraud - just wanted to give a warning out. Please, look into your caterers before you book them! We learned our lesson - thankfully we have security cameras at our house where we did the tasting so this lady is in big trouble :)
