My wife and me had a wonderful wedding in Tuscany. For our pre-wedding event we chose Tenuta di Papena and booked it exclusively. A location that is simply magical: We started off with DJ and Sax at the pool, serving some appetisers and drinks - the view from the pool over the countryside on a sunny day is just unbeatable. We received so much positive feedback from our guest and had the best time we could‘ve imagined and a fantastic start in our 2-day-wedding-celebration. Our dinner we had in the courtyard in front of the old stone houses. The light bulbs and the flower decorations in the evening in
the courtyard gave it all an unbelievable cosy and romantic atmosphere while our guests enjoyed their Pizza and Pasta - also our outside party was amazing enjoying the surroundings and atmosphere. Also our guests that stayed at Tenuta di Papena for a couple of days simply loved it. We had the time of our lives here at Papena. Gini and her team made sure everything was perfect. We got married at San Galgano and had our recption at Papena. Our family stayed for a week at papena and we had the most wonderful time. The venue is beautiful - it feels very tuscan and the views by the pol are breath taking. It's located ina. great spot - close to siena and yet in the countryside. It was easy for guests to reach from florence, pisa or rome airports.

Tenuta di Papena was the perfect venue for our wedding. We got married at San galgano and used Tenuta di Papena as our reception and for our closet friends and family to stay. The service Ginivera provides goes above and beyond, you feel like she would do anything to make your day extra special. Nothing was too much for her and her support throughout planning everything from the UK was amazing.

If you want an authentic tuscan wedding in a stunning location look no further. The rooms have an authentic Italian charm with a modern infinity style pool with views to die for. All whilst being nestled in the countryside and surrounded by wildlife, including the horses kept on site.

The location is perfect, being close to San Galgano and not far from siena. Our guests found it easy to get to and with the help of Ginivera once again managed to sort transport in the way of a coach from siena for the majority of our guests.
