I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this venue and team! Sam and Steph (the owners) are an absolute god send. From booking all the way up until the wedding, they were absolutely incredible. Every detail of the venue is so well thought out and they have so many great ideas for layouts. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately which was very important to me! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous but knowing I had a team behind me that would help take the stress off my shoulders the day of was the best feeling in the world. Sam and Steph were decorators, coordinators, bartenders, you name it, they did it! I can ramble on for days about how much I love this venue as well as Sam and Steph but i believe this right here will show you how amazing and how above and beyond they go. We were lining up to walk down the aisle, almost go time and my nephew (ring bearer) started to have a melt down. He saw the flower girls with flowers and he wanted one. He was screaming…. And we were all literally about to talk down the aisle. Well Steph was back with us and ran into the bridal suite, grabbed a flower off THEIR OWN wall decor, attached it to a stem and gave it to my nephew. He immediately stopped crying. Something so simple, she just knew, right then in that chaotic moment, how to rectify the situation. These beautiful women go above and beyond for their couples and I am so incredibly thankful to not only have met them but to have had them support me on the greatest day of my life! If you are considering The Annex as your venue, don’t hesitate, book it!!!

I’ll start this review with as concise a summary as possible- the baseline of our experience: The Annex was, without question, the easiest and best decision we made and the entirety of our wedding would never have been the same without Steph and Sam. Before we even booked they were already going above and beyond for us, from tours and helpful advice to answering my endless questions and emails (if communication matters to you, these are your people!) it was clear from the start their couples matter to them far beyond the level of business. We toured and researched countless venues all across NYS but when we saw The Annex we knew we found the one and meeting them only solidified that decision. They took the time to get to know us, treated us like family, and truly made us feel like VIPs! The venue itself is, of course, stunning and the versatility of the space is downright impressive. Their pricing is fully transparent. We never felt there was a question we couldn’t ask, and always knew they were being completely candid with us. They’re truly just good people- there’s a reason couples keep in touch with them after! And the amount of “everything” they handle and how seamlessly they do so is nothing short of mind blowing, throughout the entire process and especially the day of your wedding! The level of stress they remove from planning is astronomical. There are so many things that never even occurred to us to worry about because they were already handled for us without a word. It’s a wonderful thing to look back on your wedding and say with full confidence there isn’t a single thing you would change, and The Annex was the foundation of that. We (clearly) can’t say enough about how much we loved our entire experience and highly, highly recommend them for any and all events. They are so beyond worth it!!
