Our experience working with the team at The Axis Hotel was phenomenal! Being a 2020 bride in the middle of a pandemic was already ALOT...but the event coordinator and team went above and beyond for us so that we had our special day. They reassured us that everything would be just perfect - and it was! Our ceremony was in their larger ballroom and they arranged chairs accordingly for safety & social distancing. They even accommodated in less than a weeks notice for us to also host our smaller scale reception for our family and bridal party. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs and questions and truly made us feel like family. Fun fact: My husband LOVES pie, so the night of the wedding they arranged for two pieces of pie to be brought to our room for us to enjoy! Did I mentioned the food is amazing too!? The Chef is wonderful and we have never been disappointed in any of our food selections when dining at The Syndicate/Axis. Lastly, we are so thankful for the coordinator being involved in every process of our day - she assured us that everything would be perfect. She calmed me and reminded us that it is our day and to relax and enjoy it all and not worry. We will always be so thankful for her. Though the day itself was not what we originally imagined/planned our wedding day would be because of the pandemic, it was still the most perfect, beautiful day that we could have asked for!
