Welcome to The Ayers Farmstead LLC. A unique Country setting, with four distinct areas to be used for your special event. Perfect for weddings and reunions, this 5 acre family owned grounds has everything needed for your special occasion.

The first thing you will notice about our packages, are that the pricing is for the weekend, not just one day. You get the property starting Friday afternoon, all day Saturday, with plenty of time for goodbyes and cleanup Sunday morning.

The venue itself (5 acres), this includes: An original 125 year old Barn with ceremony seating for 150.

The Barn Stables, great for pre & post wedding socializing,rehearsal dinner etc.

The Reception shed: tables and chairs for 200, Stage, dance floor and bar, with lighting and decor.

The Island outdoor patio area, has a bar, 3 fire pits, & stage, and plenty of room for distancing. The man cave is also available for Groom & Men's wedding prep.

The Stately Farm House is made available for the day of Wedding, Bridal Prep.

The Orchard, a beautiful location for an outdoor ceremony..

If C19 continues to be an issue, we have ample open air spaces to help make your event as healthy as possible.

There is also room for RVs and campers, for a country wedding getaway.

The weekend rental for the venue is just $4500. A deposit of $2000. is due upon signing the contract.

There are also 3 no work wedding packages available: starting @ less than $7900, this lets you be a guest at your own wedding!
