Facilities and Capacity
The Barn at Martin Farms offers a wide variety of space on this 95-acre piece of farm and forest for couples to utilize on their special day. The on-site barn is a customizable space that can be transformed to fit the personal style and theme of our Bridal Couples. All of our packages come with our Trained, Expert Coordinator / Planner, Vanessa. She is phenomenal in her attention to details and service to the couple. The Barn can accommodate parties of up to 200 guests for a reception with a seated meal, while it also offers plenty of space for entertainment and dancing. The barn is a 3,000-square-foot, fully enclosed, space with the luxuries of air conditioning and heating, of which are so necessary for Florida.

The Barn at Martin Farms also offers much up-lighting inside and outside of the Barn, setup of dining area, table accents, and decor to help transform it to fit the desires of our Clients. There are plenty of scenic spaces surrounding the barn to utilize for a lovely outdoor ceremony as well as the numerous of photos to be taken. Just a brief walk from the barn is the on-site wedding altar decorated with sheers, a floral arrangement to match the Bride's choice, 20 wooden benches for guest seating, a wooden cross, and natural foliage from the surrounding area. The backdrop to this picturesque setting is a 10-acre pond and scenic pasture (with a possible cow moseing by). Nature is what makes this the ideal spot for couples to start their lives together as one.
