The Barn at Raccoon Creek is located on the historic Grant Ranch in Littleton, Colorado. Family-owned since the 1800s, the venue is at once rustic, elegant, inviting, secluded, and steeped in Colorado history. Redesigned in 2015, The Barn is a part of Raccoon Creek Golf Course and showcases modern amenities with a rustic ambiance.
Facilities and Capacity
At The Barn at Raccoon Creek, couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this beautiful venue. (125 in the winter months) Couples begin their day in one of the venue’s get-ready rooms-The Bridal Cottage and Groom's Loft. The Cottage sets the venue apart with a chic farmhouse style, flowing seamlessly to the Ceremony Lawn, Courtyard, and The Barn. The Groom’s Loft also provides the venue’s wedding party with a relaxing space, fitted with a foosball table, television, leather chairs, and showering facilities. Couples are then invited to exchange vows at the romantic outdoor ceremony site under the canopy of an old cottonwood tree. Enjoy a sophisticated cocktail hour set to the backdrop of pristine landscaping, followed by your dinner reception in The Barn.From there, you can then dance the night away in their spacious, outdoor pavillion! The property is wheelchair accessible and offers on-site parking to couples and their invited guests.
Services Offered
This destination-style wedding venue offers each couple exclusive use of The Barn and surrounding areas with a choice of two levels of packages. The use of the property’s round or long farm-style tables and Chiavari chairs are available for couples, as well as tables for your cake, guest book, DJ, and more. Our team of onsite professional and friendly catering staff and bartenders will be on hand throughout your event to service you and your guests. The venue’s on-site chef provides delectable dishes on the day and can serve from a customized menu set by soon-to-be-newlyweds. Tastings are available for our booked couples to ensure that every bite is to your satisfaction. Set up and clean up services are provided to ensure that you are free to enjoy your celebration without worrying about the smaller details.

Our wedding coordinator, Tayler, was a true gem—professional, helpful, and incredibly dedicated to bringing our vision to life. She made the planning process seamless, and we couldn’t have done it without her!
