Meet the banquet manager of Sugar Spring Weddings & Events. Ashley has been involved since the concept of our venues and has assisted in opening all of our locations. When she first started in our business, Ashley was the sole event coordinator but her passion and drive for creating beautiful events is what led to her becoming our team manager.

Before joining our team, Ashley worked for Disney and has worked in all aspects of the wedding industry. From bartending, to officiating, to wedding planning and decorating, she has thoroughly enjoyed each role along the way. Her diverse experience and work ethic has encouraged her to pursue excellence in leadership.

Beginning from your venue tour up until the day of coordinator is assigned, Ashley is the point of contact for all of our couples. She is always happy to talk about events and enjoys answering questions to assist in your planning process.

Meet the venue facilitator at Sugar Spring Weddings & Events. Joining our company in 2020 during the construction of our first venue, she has been a hands-on member of our team. Angela goes above and beyond ensuring that our venues are kept in pristine condition. Her work ethic and attention to detail are unmatched.

Angela has one of the biggest hearts and kindest souls. She is constantly seeking the opportunity to assist in making events beautiful and creating connections with our guests. Her love for helping has empowered her to introduce those with neuro diversities to join our team. The supportive nature of Angela is perfect for leading this inclusive program.

No matter the task at hand, Angela is a trustworthy source to accomplish the job. One of her biggest joys is being able to be part of the events and introudue new members to our team.

Amanda is a full-time event coordinator at Sugar Spring Weddings & Events. She joined our company in 2022. While Amanda spends the majority of her time at The Ranch, she loves coordinating at all of our beautiful locations!

Prior to joining our team, Amanda worked in the wedding industry for several years and has over a decade of experience in event management. She is an ordained officiant and is very passionate with her part in ceremonies. Amanda excels in event planning and decorating. Her detailed-oriented mindset has allowed her to create unique and exciting events for our guests to enjoy.
