The Charter at Beaver Creek is a European-style lodge and wedding venue located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. This picturesque hotel is situated in the heart of a ski resort and boasts on-site restaurants, pools, and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The property offers elegant accommodations and multiple versatile event spaces for ceremonies and receptions, including a brand new wedding deck overlooking Beaver Creek Mountain. The venue provides both local and out-of-town to-be-weds with a destination experience for their special day overseen by professional event staff.

Facilities and Capacity

New in 2022, The Charter Wedding Deck is located just outside the Terrace Restaurant, our primary wedding reception space. The hotel wraps around on either side to create a cozy and secluded atmosphere with stunning views of Beaver Creek ahead. Guests will be blown away by the towering evergreens and immense aspen groves, there is truly nothing like it. The deck can accommodate up to 125 guests for wedding ceremonies.

The Terrace Restaurant and Patio is our premier wedding reception venue. Renovated in the fall of 2021, this space offers floor to ceiling windows, a large private patio overlooking Beaver Creek Ski Resort and can accommodate up to 125 guests for a sit-down dinner.

The Black Diamond Bistro is one of our inhouse restaurants that can also host events. This intimate space features a stone fireplace and picturesque scenery, creating a romantic ambience for any celebration. The setup allows us to be flexible with the type of events and number of guests we can accommodate. Host a welcome party or a farewell brunch up to 100 people or an intimate plated dinner in the Wine Cellar Room for 30 or less.”

Site Fee Includes

Six hour wedding package, exclusive use of the Wedding Deck and The Terrace during contracted time, white ceremony folding chairs, (1) hour cocktail hour, cocktail tables, banquet tables, banquet chairs, plates, flatware, glassware, (1) built in bar, white table linens (not floor length), dinner napkins (black or white), buffet/food service equipment, staffing, 1PM reception setup time, printed menus and (1) hour reception breakdown/cleanup.

Accommodation

After the last dance of the evening, you and your guests are welcome to rest in any of the hotel’s accommodations. Lodge rooms (one king or two queens) are available as well as one to five-bedroom condominiums, complete with kitchens, living rooms and washer/dryers. Relax and stay awhile.
