The historic Church Point Manor in Virginia Beach, Virginia is an 1860s farmhouse that has been lavishly restored and converted into a charming wedding venue. Every event at the Church Point Manor is luxurious, charming, and one of a kind.
Facilities and Capacity
The property is home to an idyllic sprawling front lawn, wrap-around porch, veranda, pool, tennis court, and a meandering path to a private dock on Lynnhaven Inlet. Couples can pick and choose between their spaces for various events leading up to the wedding, as well as any functions following the ceremony. You and your guests can dine in the historic lounges and dance the night away in the French and English gardens. The wedding party can take advantage of their spacious suites to get ready. While one is a French-styled carriage house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the other is in the Garrison Wing of the cellars with three lounge rooms, two bathrooms, a Prohibition-Era styled bar, and a 1920s pool. With a capacity of up to 100 guests, the Church Point Manor can turn the wedding of your dreams into reality.

A literal gem hidden away, but worth the find
Perfect and Beautiful
they were very helpful with assisting how we were planning our day and what areas of the venue we were using. They were very helpful with turning all of our ideas and vision into reality and perfect wedding day! They were able to turn an area of their property into a beautiful ceremony area that were thankful enough to use! Also, we had to change our wedding date once due to military reasons that came up and thankfully they still had the day available and were able to allow us just to update our wedding contact with them with no issues :)
I could not of asked for better venue owner to work with or could of asked for our wedding to go any more smother all thanks to Kate and Tyler! We will definitely refer any other couple we can to their venue as well as their AirBNB on the venue's campus.
