The Dirty Italian is a wedding catering business located in Boston, Massachusetts. She honed her skills in pairing wine and cheese and the art of display as a general manager of a local store before relocating to Boston. Before she left, the Frigo family gifted her the now-fan-favorite sandwich recipe, “Tanya’s Dirty Italian”, and the name of her business was born.
