The Establishment at Bradburn Village is a wedding venue located in the heart of Westminster, Colorado. A spacious and luxurious event venue, this property is conveniently located half an hour from both Denver and Boulder. Owner Mauri is a Colorado native and lifelong resident of Westminster. Over the course of her career in event planning, she found herself drawn again and again to the Establishment, both professionally and personally. It was with great joy and excitement that she accepted an opportunity to become the building’s owner. She is delighted to welcome couples into the gorgeous and elegant space to celebrate one of the greatest days of their lives.

Facilities and Capacity

Couples who rent the Establishment at Bradburn Village will find multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces at their disposal. The Briaoni Ballroom and the Evangeline Ballroom seat 300 and 150 guests respectively, and are furnished with hardwood floors, draping chandeliers, and tall windows. The venue also features a lounge, boardroom, and foyer, which are appointed with tasteful accents including chaise lounges and vintage-inspired sconces. The grey-hued walls make for elegant and modern backdrops to couples’ decorations and flowers. The venue also has an outdoor terrace, which is ringed with evergreen trees. This patio is perfect for gathering for a cocktail hour, taking pictures with loved ones, and enjoying the festivities late into the night.

Mauri and her team are dedicated to ensuring that couples’ experiences are seamless, stress-free, and romantic. The venue offers comprehensive packages in order to ensure that clients can minimize the number of vendors they need for the big day. The facility can be rented for six or ten hours, and all packages come with banquet and round tables, cocktail tables, chairs, and podiums. The ballrooms come equipped with surround sound systems, Apple TVs, drop-down screens, projectors, and HDMI inputs for all entertainment and MCing needs. The venue also offers a list of preferred caterers, who provide gourmet menu options for reception dinners. An event planner for full service or month-of coordination is also provided to help streamline the big day.
