Lety and Veronica are amazing. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our wedding without worrying about a single thing! They were super proactive with everything and literally went above and beyond for us! They are so organized and made sure we had a detailed timeline and made sure we didn't miss anything! Could not recommend them enough our wedding would've been chaotic without their help!

My husband and I made the best decision in hiring The Event Chicago for day of coordinator. I am forever grateful that we found Lety and her team! Lety made us feel at ease when discussing the timeline. The team had great communication with us and our vendors. Lety made sure to take all of our necessary items with her to church. Veronica took all of our reception items and made sure to set them up perfectly. Lety and Veronica made our wedding day go by smoothly and stress free! They made sure we were on schedule, helped carry the tail of my dress when taking pictures, helped me change into sandals, made sure all of our items (card cage, cake, frames, guestbook, etc.) were taken back to our suite. After we booked our venue, booking a coordinator was our first big decision and one of the most important ones for me as the bride.

I cannot say enough great things about Lety and her team. I really don't know how I would have been able to have our wedding without them.
The care and thought that goes into everything is incredible. From the start Lety had great communication. I became very overwhelmed towards the end of planning and Lety showed grace and patience as I struggled with last minute decisions and poor communication on my part. I also have to say that the professionalism, thoughtfulness, and the overall personality of Lety and Veronica really allowed me to trust them and made me feel like I had known them for years! They thought of every little detail and held that throughout the night. There was a few things that came up that I didn't even know about, which is exactly the experience I wanted.

I can go on and on, and have recommended them to everyone I know planning any event lol. We have some family weddings and a sweet 16 in the next year so I will be rebooking!
