The Event Connections is a team of Event Specialists available for all couples throughout their engagement and wedding planning experience! We accommodate all planning/coordinating/designing services but specialize in assisting the couples looking for venue options, vendor referrals based on style and pricing and wedding day assistance! Our services include but are not limited to Concierge, Event Assistant and Event Decorator! More details...

1. CONCIERGE... Finally something FREE when planning your wedding!

Wedding Resources and Ideas. Our Event Specialist will keep you on track, up with the trends, and as close to budget as possible.

Venue Selection. Still need a venue? We provide all clients with a personalized list of venues based on style, capacity, price, services offered, and availability.

Meetings with Wedding Professionals. Still looking for photography, cake, invitation, entertainment, floral or any other wedding service? Our COMPLIMENTARY concierge service is perfect for you! Receive your personalized list of professionals by filling out our client detail form located on our website.

Simplified Appointment Schedule. Tired of driving to and from all of those business locations? We offer a single location where you can sit down, relax, and let the professionals come to you.

2. EVENT ASSISTANT... It's not a luxury service, it's something every wedding needs

Set-Up/Tear-Down Let us do the dirty work! Lots of venues require the client to do their own set-up and tear-down. Our trained Event Assistants have experience dressing tables, working with decor, handling arrangements and making sure set-up and tear-down is something you don't have to worry about!

Run Errands Did someone forget something at the house? Who is going to pick up lunch for the ladies? Someone should be designated as the person to run errands! Just another duty your Event Assistant can provide to put your mind at ease.

Take Responsibility and Execute Your Vision If you haven't done it already you're probably planning on your family, friends or bridal party to take responsibility and handle your day-of-details. DO NOT DO THIS. Friends and family want to enjoy your wedding just like every other guest. Hire an Event Assistant to take responsibility and make sure your plans and vision are executed just how you want them to be!

EVENT DECORATOR... Spice up your event with draping, lighting and unique decor ideas!

Transform Simple Spaces Still not sure what to do with your blank canvas of a venue? We'll meet with you at your venue and give you cool ideas and easy suggestions to transform your simple space.

Design Your Tables It's just like dress up, but with tables! Pick from a variety of linens, centerpieces, accessories and more to come up with the perfect tablescape for your event.

Draping Have you watched all the wedding shows recently? Did the elaborate draping catch your eye? We can do it all, from wall drapes to ceiling swags, your options are endless! Your budget might not be, but we'll work with you to come up with something affordable and appropriate for your event.

The galleria Event and Conference Center

Greg and kirsten (owner and coordinator) exceeded our expectations! This venue is very clean, staff was super friendly not to mention very professional and with the modifications, very safe planning a wedding durning a pandemic! Not to mention a DJ and catering is included, and you can bring your own Alcohol which is a huge plus because other vendors price their open bars for top self between $22-$27 per person for about 4-5hrs, a bit Ridiculous.

I highly recommend Event Connections in Dayton for any event you are planning to host! The staff are wonderful to work with, and they have so many resources available! I’m a busy mom, night shift nurse and graduate school student and had very limited time to devote to wedding planning. Kirsten was an absolute angel for helping me plan, design, coordinate, decorate, find vendors… you name it, she helped with it! Quick and professional communication made things so much more efficient! Greg Cowger, the Director of Operations (and our officiant) was also a huge help and a great guy. From the first meeting, my husband and I knew that we loved the space and trusted Greg to help us make the event memorable. We were honored to have him officiate our ceremony as well, and he made our guests smile and feel at home. Being able to hold meetings and coordinate virtually every aspect of our wedding all at one site was such a timesaver! In total, the venue, wedding makeup, cake, music, DJ, officiant, decorations, lighting, catering, bartender, reception, ceremony site, and photobooth company ALL came from the Event Connections network. In addition, our photographer and florist work with E.C. frequently and were on a first-name basis with the coordinators. The familiarity helped everything run smoothly. The renovated galleria is a stunning space! With lights and linens, you can transform the room and make some real magic happen! The bridal suite upstairs is also a fantastic bonus! Three months later our guests are still telling us how much fun they had. Please don’t hesitate to call Event Connections to see the space and all their vendors – I’m so glad we chose them!!!
