For our wedding, my husband and I wanted a non-conventional venue, and The Federal Bar fit like a glove. The decor is amazing and fit our 1930s vision. We communicated with the director of sales, Laura, extensively and she was very responsive and detailed. We met with her several times before the wedding and each meeting was productive and answered our questions every time. Our guests loved the venue and the food. We opted for a tray passing method and allowed guests to order from the menu if the so chose. One of our menu items (chicken skewers) was really good, but not the flavor we ordered. Luckily, The Federal refunded us for the mishap!

The staff was excellent and on point the day of our wedding. Bartenders & servers were attentive and efficient; the servers even helped us light up neon strips for our 80s dance party at the end of the night. I want to mention that The Federal was also flexible and accommodated us with several of our requests.

At the end of the night, the staff quickly cleared up our set up and stored everything in the back for us to pick up the next day. We were allowed to stay after hours for club night if we wanted. Overall, our experience was fantastic and memorable. We'll keep visiting The Federal for their great food and ambiance!

My husband and I held our wedding and reception at The Federal, and their events team was truly a pleasure to work with. They invited us in many times before the day to see the space and talk about our options, they were extremely prompt replying to emails, and they must have staged 17 table layouts for us, as our head count was constantly changing. Overall, the staff was very accommodating. They honored special food requests, and in the hours leading up to the wedding, Lisa, the Special Events Director, handled 90% of our decorations while we rushed to get ourselves ready. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance and atmosphere felt unique. Rather than hire a DJ, we created a playlist on an iPod, which their in-house A/V specialist handled very professionally. The venue was reasonably priced, and, when our booked time in the main event space ended, they moved the remaining members of our party to a private room for a champagne toast. The staff even helped us pack everything up and get it downstairs to our cars. Would resoundingly recommend!
