Whether you are a DYI-er and need some backup the month leading to your wedding and the day of, or if you have no idea where to start, I am here to ensure everything goes smoothly and seamlessly. I will focus on communicating with various vendors, designing your floor plan and wedding timeline, and corralling your wedding party. You sweethearts will only have to focus on each other.
I offer a day of wedding coordination, partial coordination, and full wedding planning.

As two out-of-state people getting married in Chicago, my fiancé and I were looking for a day of coordinator to help us. We found Courtney and immediately clicked. She’s incredibly professional, prompt and punctual, communicative, thoughtful, resourceful, immensely well connected, and a fantastic trustworthy person. She handled a full-on weekend of multicultural wedding traditions, with 200+ guests, with such grace and ease (Eastern European and West African).
She accomplished so much behind the scenes that we were fully able to enjoy both days of the wedding. Our wedding party and families raved about how smoothly she was able to have things run.
In addition to that, Courtney wrangled unresponsive vendors AND lined up backup vendors on a single day’s notice. Courtney also navigated culturally tense and sensitive moments. Meanwhile, Courtney partnered with Linda (from Abundance Decor) to create an elegant floral arrangement for the venue specific to each day. These deliberate actions culminated into two beautiful and perfectly executed days in a single weekend. We are so grateful that we got to work with Courtney to make the weekend so special, because she was The Final Touch - EXACTLY what we needed to have lifelong memories.
