If you are looking for a unique, memorable experience and the highest-quality food for your wedding, you've come to the right place. You don't want to be swept away by the first pretty cottage-yellow food truck you see, but you'll find that our food is on par with any fine dining establishment. The best thing about having a mobile kitchen is the ability to prepare food on site, so everything is fresh and flavorful.

We are a family-owned business: Michael did his apprenticeship at the Flagstaff House in Boulder before earning his degree from the Culinary Institute of America and has been the chef at fine restaurants in Colorado and on the East Coast. Lori is a food writer who has worked at many restaurants. We have a full staff of experienced food service professionals to draw on for you special day.

We do engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings and after-wedding family gatherings. We offer a variety of service options, including:

--Truck a la carte, where guests order from the truck

--Prix fixe, which is small plates, reception style

--Buffet, with platters and chafing dishes full of food

--Sit-down, plated dinner

Our signature menu item, our Salade Lyonnaise plus duck confit, was named one of the best dishes of Boulder County. We are the only food truck to ever be reviewed by The Daily Camera and we were one of three restaurants that received four-star reviews in 2015 (no five-star reviews were given.) We have also been featured in Zagat, 5280, Beer Connoisseur, The Boulder Weekly and more. The French Twist Food Truck is the top-rated food truck in Boulder County on Yelp.

Do you have food restrictions? No problem. Since we have food allergies and celiac in our family, we make sure to take care of your guests. Everything on our truck is either gluten free or can be gluten free and we also gladly accommodate other dietary preferences or restrictions.
