The barn and house were originally built in 1850. The barn has beautiful original hand hewn beams and antique prism chandeliers. There are 4 acres of land with lots of trees and a pond with a fountain. The wedding chapel with chapel bell and windows we built using reclaimed wood from the barn for your outdoor ceremony. There is room inside the barn for your indoor ceremony.

Fridays $4,395
Saturdays $4,995

Rental time is from 10 AM - 11 PM plus time to pack up after
Your ceremony is included when you have your reception with us
No event insurance needed
For Friday events, you may decorate for 2 hours on Thursday afternoon
We have heat in the barn
Number of guests are 225 people including the wedding party
Handmade Amish tables and chairs with no linens needed on those
You may bring in your own insured food caterer

Large covered porch w/fireplace
Paved parking lot
2 indoor bathrooms w/2 stalls each
Air conditioned bridal party suite
1 hour rehearsal included
Antique bar w/kegerator
