August of 2005 was the first wedding that I coordinated. I was knee deep in my own wedding planning but I saw that a
close friend needed help. After working with them I realized how much I love making that special day happen! On my own
wedding day they had to wrestle my planning binder out of my arms on my way down the aisle. At the end of the night I
turned to my new husband and said, that was so much fun, I want to plan another one!

Out of these experiences The Good Bridesmaids was born. Our number one priority is to make sure the Bride, Groom
and their families are relaxed, taken care of and enjoying themselves. We deal with the vendors, solve the problems and
make the last minute decisions. You can trust us to help you enjoying your wedding day!

Where do I begin, Ann, was amazing as a Day of Wedding Coordinator, DOC! I found her on a local wedding board, and is was the MOST money well spent for our wedding day! As most brides, I was a control freak in the planning of our wedding...and my biggest thing, was I wanted to have fun on my weddiing and be worry FREE!! I had heard about heard about a DOC, but thought they might be too pricey, especially for our budget...but I found Ann from the Good Bridesmaids, after a fellow knottie posted a review, on the local Knot.com board. My fiance, then, and I met with her, and we LOVED the service, her organization skills, and the PRICE! My husband's exact words were, "If you can keep her (me), from freaking out about everything the day of the wedding..then its a service that needs to be added to the budget"...Ann helped me out with a few pre-wedding questions, rehearsal ceremony, and of course day of the wedding. She began at 12pm and lasted till almost midnight! She went above and beyond for us that day...and of course things went wrong, and she took care of it without causes any stress on me! She was coordinator, waitress, florist assistant, bell desk girl, and etc...waaayyyy more then I ever anticipated for the role! She took care of myself, Juan, his family, my family, the bridal party, and our guest...She kept us in the loop of changes we requested or things the vendors wanted to change...we gave approval or non-approval and she cared it out our request to a T! The craziest moment, was when minutes before the ceremony was to begin, I couldnt find the marriage license...Ann and my Maid of Honor ran around the hotel, and was able to search 4 rooms together and locate the license! Thank goodness. We had a GREAT wedding, and it was definitely the role she played the day of the wedding that had all our hardwork and planning come together! Thank you for the service and assistance with our most special day!

Ann went out of her way to make sure our wedding was perfect. It was an outdoor DIY wedding. The only time I was allowed to decorate was the morning of, and I also had to make sure it was cleaned up. Ann did it all herself, she was truly a godsend.

My husband and I were SO pleased with Anne's services. I cannot explain how glad I was that I hired her as our DOC and the value was incredible.

I met with Ann a total of 3 times prior to my wedding. She was available via phone and email- she would respond to my emails within the hour to 4 days. Which was fine, considering that I hired her as my DOC, not an actual wedding planner.

Ann attended the rehearsal at the church in order to acclamate herself with the order of events for the ceremony. On the actual wedding day, she came to my home early to review some things and pick up items that needed to go to the reception site. (even though she attended a concert the night before she was there at our scheduled time!) Ann helped with SO many things the day of- from setting up our tables for the reception, managing the CD music during the band's breaks, placing "goodbye/thank you"car tags at each vehicle and ensuring that the timeline was flowing as scheduled. At the end of the night, Ann packaged up everything for me (the frames at each table, the votive candles, our toasting flutes, etc etc etc....everything that I would have forgotten myself.)

I am so pleased with Ann! I am still trying to think of a way to thank her for everything!! She really helped to make my wedding day well organized and just so amazing!
