Cuisine
Chef Chris is the contact for all special event needs in the catering department. Couples are welcome to choose offered menu items, or work with Chef Chris to compile their own custom menu. Tastings can also be accommodated. The serving styles available include buffet or plated, with the option for hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail reception, as well as dessert choices. Couples are welcome to provide their own cake from their favorite bakery. Professional bartenders can work a cash, limited, or open bar serving house beer, wine, or liquor, as well as a champagne toast.
