I knew that my want/need to have a wedding cheesecake instead of a traditional cake was a little off the beaten path- and had the possibility of being expensive... but our experience with Incredible Cheesecake was great! Everything tasted great and was well within our budget- and their Red Velvet Cheesecake was a perfect balance between traditional cake and cheesecake- we got lots of great feedback from our guests. Yes, the shop isn't the 'fanciest' but for a wedding- we were just so pleasantly surprised! And it was great seeing our money go towards a local family run business. We hired The Incredible Cheesecake Company for our wedding. We had a tiered cake and then cupcakes for our guests. I will say the cheesecake is absolutely the best cheesecake I've ever had. So many flavor options and super creamy. I just had wished the company was a bit more professional. It was really difficult to get a hold of them and virtually impossible to get details in writing for confirmation. Also, the cheesecake wasn't delivered on time and was still too frozen (it broke our cake slicer!). Other than the small hitches though, I highly recommend stopping by the shop for a slice as you won't find a better cheesecake.
