After having spent way too many years of my life working in the trenches of downtown finance, during the quiet days of the pandemic I came to the realization that there is a massive hole in the hospitality world, in New York, but frankly in most cities around the world. My wife and I could never find a bar which we really enjoyed - where the ambiance was fun, the design was classic and stunning (but not fabricated), where the music was chic and "relevant", where the cocktails, beers and wines were delicious and food was top notch Bar food. We could rarely find this outside of an expensive hotel, and we had tired of paying $40 for cocktail. Hence, we decided to create it ourselves, and alas, here is The Ivory Peacock. Please come in anytime and say hello, we are a friendly neighborhood bar catering to all ages and types, primarily folks looking to have a good time with their new and old friends.
Abbie comes from many years of senior Event Sales roles in the NYC hospitality world, she is highly experiened and takes great care of her clients both before, during and after their events.
