This venue was perfect as someone who wanted a lot of creative control over her wedding! Marsha was amazing, super patient and understanding, and we genuinely felt that she wanted us to have an amazing wedding. Picking the Lookout especially with Marsha’s guidance and experience. Butch is super sweet as well and very humble as a business owner. 10/10 recommend!!

We got married at the Lookout on July 20th. The place is amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for, they reserved all of the cottages and the rooms in the inn so we kind of took over the place. The rooms are the perfect new England 1900th century inn, sure cute and quaint. The cottages are rustic and unbelievably clean and cozy. They even let a bunch of our friends pitch tents and camp out for the whole week that we were there.
We got married at the Gazebo down at the point, the weather was perfect, the scenery was spectacular. The day of the wedding there was a group of 5-6 seals playing just off the shore right by the little island.
Marsha (the wedding coordinator) was unbelievable, she went above and beyond so many times, we a
sked if we could have a bomb fire down on the beach after the wedding, and then she got a whole bunch of firewood and brought it done there for us. She organized breakfast for all the campers and made sure we had everything that we could possible need. I cannot tell you how amazing our wedding was, we wouldn’t change a single thing about it!!!
it is an unbelieveable expericnce and was alot less money than any other place we could find on the coast of maine.

the food at the wedding was great!! everyone talked about how good everything was, the veggie lasagna is the best lasagna i have ever eaten! The chef at the Inn makes all her own pasta and trys to get everything she uses locally and orgainc which we loved! We had the steak tenderloin w gorganzola sauce and it was done perfectly, we also had the stuff halibut, I had to go back for seconds of this cause the crab stuffing was unbelievable!! Everyone was talking about how good the food was for 3 days after the wedding!! and they let us store the left overs in the walk in and go in to eat leftovers when ever we wanted!! they were great!!
