Great venue, poor communication

They were going through some staff changes, but more often than not it was impossible to get a response from them. We booked a patio, but it was a parking lot by the time we got there, and they called me on my wedding night because of some system or bank error. It was pretty unprofessional, but I guess it is a brewery.
