The 4,000 sq ft warehouse offers an atmosphere of country charm for indoor celebrations. A small pond at the back of the property offers a peaceful secluded location from which to exchange vows. This venue offers flexible outdoor and indoor event spaces for events of all kinds, including last-minute elopements, rehearsal dinners, and parties. A farm and ranch venue, the abundant outdoor spaces offer tons of possibilities for memorable celebrations. Outdoor entertainment, dancing, and games can all be easily facilitated with the option of covered outdoor space also available.

Owners Steven and Sara Farnsworth are passionate about celebrating couples' unique love stories. They offer a uniquely supportive presence for couples and aim to provide more than just an event venue but positive memories of your special celebration. Couples are free to work with outside vendors of their choosing to help bring their vision to life. An altar or arch can be provided for the ceremony. A limited bar and cake-cutting services are included with wedding packages. The venue is wheelchair accessible and offers abundant parking for arriving guests and WiFi throughout.
