The Place at 534 is a wedding venue on 12 acres in the West Farmington, Ohio area. Couples can say I do on the venue’s gorgeous property waterfront, at the outdoor chapel, or in our new cathedral ceiling 5000sqft addition being completed at the end of 2022. We have an enclosed reception space and a large outdoor pavilion by the water. This venue is located in a secluded area near the Grand River Wildlife Area approximately 75 minutes outside of Cleveland, Ohio, and an hour and a half from Pittsburgh. There are multiple packages to accommodate what you're looking for from venue only to an all-inclusive package.

Facilities and Capacity

Our venue is home to two ponds with fountains as well as gazebos and stone walkways. A stream winds through the woods for breathless outdoorsy wedding photographs on the property. There is also white fencing around the entire property that creates a beautiful focal point in wedding photos. Couples who don’t prefer to marry by the water can choose to wed in the onsite chapel or in our upcoming indoor space. Couples can host their reception in the venue’s indoor reception area or celebrate with a party under the stars for an outdoor evening in the large pavilion. Our venue can accomodate up to 250 guests, and is pet friendly for those couples who have furry friends they want a part of their ceremony!

At this all-inclusive venue, couples can find everything they need for their wedding and so much more. Our all-inclusive package includes accommodations like bar and catering services, photographers, dj, and floral. There's also staff who helps with event planning, set up, clean up, and even your wedding cake. With the knowledge that services such as lighting and sound are taken care of, couples can rest easy and fully enjoy their special day. Cuisine

Couples and guests can reap the benefits of an open bar on the night of the wedding while savoring menu items from the kitchen. Tastings before the wedding help couples determine these menu items, which can be served buffet, cocktail reception, family, server, or station style.

Accommodation

The charming farmhouse on the property opens its doors as an available rental that can sleep up to 14 people and can be rented the night before, night of, or both *based on availability. There are two suites on locations that serve as get ready rooms for the bridal party allowing everyone to have fun without any accidentle glimpse before the ceremony start time!
