I had a great experience with the Quintessential Cupcake! My cupcakes were gluten free, but you wouldn’t know it! The attention to detail in the color, frosting design and even the packaging was wonderful. I have gone back for more for various events! I included a picture of a smaller box celebrating the arrival of my daughter 💕

My husband and I loved the idea of a naked cake, but we weren't going with a rustic theme, so we were hoping for something a little more elevated. Working with Rachel at The Quintessential Cupcake was so easy, it's like she read our minds. We gave her a basic flavor profile and a few inspirational pictures from Pinterest and she ran with it. We gave her full creative control.

Rachel did a fabulous job, start to finish. She ensured she'd have early enough access to the venue, worked with them to make sure set up was perfect. The cake was more beautiful than I imagined - she added gold leaf accents and hand-selected the flowers that matched our color pallet exactly (choosing our favorite flowers without even knowing it)! But the taste, the taste was the best part!

My husband and I didn't want a heavy buttercream, so Rachel iced our cake in a light, melt-in-your-mouth Swiss meringue butter cream that was absolutely delightful. The simple white sponge had a wonderful mouth-feel and ideal density and crumb which complemented the raspberry filling perfectly.

All of our guests raved about our cake. We had planned to freeze the leftovers and enjoy it on our 1-year, but it was too delicious. We found ourselves eating the leftovers in the days directly following the wedding! We'll just have to order another one for our anniversary, lol. Months later, at family gatherings and special occasions, our family still brings up how good our cake was.
