The Rose Building is the newest event venue in Downtown Odessa, Texas. This nearly 16,000 square-foot historic building at 415 N. Grant Ave was home to the original First National Bank built at the height of the boom in 1949. The timeless marble exterior warmly welcomes guests and visitors into the newly restored building, once inside a larger-than-life mural overlooking what is now the grand ballroom greets visitors. While the grand ballroom, boasting a 22-foot high ceiling, is perfect for concerts and special events, the venue also offers a conference room perfect for events like baby showers or legal needs and a lower-level meeting space to accommodate smaller events.
