Everything from beginning to the end they provided supreme services. We were to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. A hurricane came the day before the wedding. They quickly provided another ball room for the alternative backup for the wedding ceremony. They were extremely kind, accommodating. They absolutely made the entire experience a dream. The location was perfect to offer everything in one place!! We had a lot of out of town guests. So they cared beautifully for our guests and their lovely sleeping rooms, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and dinner reception. It was so convenient, warm, and lovely. They provided the large modern and cozy presidential suite for our wedding night. The food was delicious. Nothing but positive comments from our guests.

The wedding was handled so well that I as the bride had no stress or worries the entire time. I can not share enough positive things about our experience there. Thank you StateView hotel. ♥️♥️

I have been working with the Stateview Hotel to plan my wedding for over a year now. They have been super accommodating of all of our requests and have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy. When COVID-19 hit we weren’t sure if we would even be able to have our wedding but the Stateview helped us have small, outdoor 10 person wedding. Even though their bar and kitchen were closed and they were not fully staffed they helped us have the best wedding ever. We are currently working on planning our reception with them for next year!

Beautiful venue, but don’t bother working with their staff. First, I had to email the event coordinator 3 separate times to confirm a time to tour the venue and had to keep following up to get a response to my questions. She would either not respond for days, or only respond to a part of my emails. I flat out asked for a food/beverage minimum, was not given a direct answer (was told 100 guests- not a price). I was told I would “immediately” be emailed a contract to secure the venue after touring it, but was emailed one 5 days later with a $15,000.00 minimum that I had not been told about in any email communication action or during the tour, despite my inquiry. I responded to this contract A WEEK AGO asking about the minimum, and still have not received a response!
The bar package was not listed in the menu package. I asked about it, and was referred back to said menu package. I had to inquire again before the coordinator realized it was in a different package and sent that one to me.
We have decided not to go with this venue, despite how beautiful it is, because of the lack of communication. I can only imagine how stressful it would become as the wedding date got closer.
