The space is a spacious Art Nouveau-meets-Rock'n'Roll home that has housed 4 different churches over its 180 years of service and is perfect for your wedding. Capacity is 150 people (more is negotiable) throughout the rentable 2600 sq. ft.

1st floor space which includes 3 separate entrances, 3 bathrooms, a huge "Interview With A Vampire"-inspired red and black Ballroom (45x19 ft /850 sq ft/ ) with stage (19x9ft), baby grand piano, guitars, mics/PA, sound/DJ booth, all leading into an open service space (665 sq ft) with antique bar, large Moroccan-inspired kitchen/dining area, a cozy bedroom/dressing room/coatroom, connecting to our screened-in Nouveau Patio (300 sq ft) and lovely private backyard (400 sq ft). Upstairs a 2nd Kitchen/Dining Room and 4th bathroom is available for negotiable charge.

We try to keep the outside noise down after 11pm for neighbors, midnight for Fri/Sat. Inside, the event can continue after midnight with discussion. We can recommend outside catering, table/chair rentals, higher-end sound system rental (we have a very simple PA and seating for about 70 throughout the 1st floor and garden). Though we don't produce events we can also provide/suggest staff, DJ, performers (music, comedy, burlesque, etc). Due to the age of the house, we can't provide ADA accessibility for entry or bathrooms.
