Stableview Hall - Seats 300

An indoor ceremony and reception space. Stableview Hall seats 300 guests and features exposed rafters, white brick walls, concrete floors, market lighting, original barn wood, bridal suites on-site, heating, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

The Horseman's Lounge - Seats 125

An indoor ceremony and reception space. The Horseman's Lounge seats 125 guests and features hardwood floors, vintage chandelier, large original fireplace, heat and A/C, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

The Paddock - Accommodates 200

An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. The Paddock features a whimsical archway entrance, wishing well, scenic view of rolling pastures, bridal suites on-site, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

The Pavilion - Accommodates 920 - Indoors

The Pavilion, our 900 seat theater, was originally built as a home for Thoroughbred auctions. It is now the perfect spot for charity galas and auctions, concerts, seminars, and holiday events.

*Please keep in mind that we create an individual quote for each couple based on their needs. Our most basic packages include seating for your guest count and 8 hours of rental time. Upgrades include additional rental time, bar service, and linens.

* A non-refundable security deposit of $800 is due at contract signing.

*All alcohol and bar service must come from The Thoroughbred Center.

Bar Options

Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks with credit/debit card

Combination Bar: Hosts choose a selection of beer, wine, and liquor to be included on a tab (tab minimum is $500). Once tab is reached, the bar can switch to a cash bar or be extended. Drink tickets may be used. Tab payment due at end of reception.

Open Bar: Unlimited drinks for guests within certain liquor level
