Hello there! My name is Krista Albitz and I'm the Event and Catering Coordinator for The Unconventional Kitchen. I genuinely enjoy spending my time giving back to the community so why not base my career off of that same aspect? One of my biggest passions in life is helping others achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. Being able to incorporate that aspect of my life into my career has given a whole new meaning to the phrase "If you love what you do, you never really work a day in your life."

Meet the Unconventional Kitchen’s Chef Christopher Cima! Chef Chris has more than 25 years of experience in culinary roles and kitchens of all types. He has cooked alongside the likes of Wolfgang Puck and Emeril Lagasse, and completed in cooking competitions in Las Vegas, Nevada. While Asian cuisine is his favorite to prepare, Chef Chris’ most famous dishes are his chicken piccata and Guinness beef stew. If Chris wasn’t a chef, he’d be a comedian. He’s also a self-proclaimed “Disney Dork” with over 25 trips to Disneyworld in Florida. Despite all of this, Chef says that the greatest thing in the world that he has ever done is being a dad. You can meet Chef Chris every Friday now through September at the Farmer’s Market at the Block from 3pm to 6pm.
