Vision Booth almost ruined my Kiddo's party this weekend.

We contracted Vision Booth in Aug this year for a party in Nov, signed up for their 3 Hour package for $315 and paid them in full, in advance. As per the terms, they agreed to be at the venue one hour before the party started to setup their equipment and get the photo booth ready.

Just 2-3 days before the party, Vision Booth's owner informed us that he wont be able to make it at the designated time because he had to take his son to a game and then drop him home at 6:30PM. This meant that Vision Booth would not make it to our party in time which was starting at 7:00PM. As it is a 45-60 min drive from Vision Booth's location to our venue, the earliest they could get everything ready was at-least 8:30PM that also assuming they could make it to the venue by 7:30PM in Miami's rush hour evening traffic, heading North.

When asked if he would extend their stay since they already acknowledged they were coming in late, the owner refused flat out indicating that we had gotten a deal on this package.

A day before the party the owner also backtracked on the props and the photo background that was supposedly included in the package and instead asked for more $$. Vision Booth waited until the very last minute to bring this up although we had been communicating over the past few weeks.

My recommendation would be stay away from this is a mom-n-pop hobby shop. The owner is rude and running this business (hobby) in a very unprofessional, unethical and unscrupulous manner.

Thankfully we were able to drop Vision Booth and salvage this aspect of the party after make last minute alternative arrangements with the assistance of friends/family.
