For Jill, The Wandering Whale represents an amalgam of her three great loves: weddings, hospitality, and design. After graduating from Ringling School Of Art and Design with a mojor in interior design, she embarked on a lengthy career in the restaurant industry. She eventually decided to combine her talent for design and entrepreneurial zeal by setting up The Wandering Whale. Defined by its rustic-meets-refined aesthetic, this retro bar is sure to charm your nearest and dearest.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, one of The Wandering Whale’s skilled bartenders will be there to man the bar. Decor, cups, ice, coolers, mixers, and garnishes can be provided. In addition to their horse trailer bar, the business offers nautical and coastal themed bars. Services such as delivery, set-up, and pick-up will be included in your package.

What started as one refurbished 1978 horse trailer has since expanded to become a fleet of bars that can be rented with or without a bartender. The Classic and Coastal Botanical Bars make for adorable counter options, while the Bar Boat lends a nautical flair to receptions. The original white horse trailer, decorated with locally sourced flowers, has been fully restored to a chic and sophisticated bar. All four bars come fully equipped with cups, napkins, ice, and coolers. Couples can also procure Jill’s bartending services separately if they already have a bar.
