This 6000 square-foot modern industrial space nestled in the heart of historic Scott’s Addition is a wedding venue like no other.
From jungle and western inspired getting ready rooms to floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, The Workshop is a space created for dreamers, darers, and definers.
No two love stories are the same, and your celebration of love shouldn’t be either! Our unique wedding packages provide each couple with a rare opportunity to pick and choose all of the elements of their special day without many of the constraints of traditional wedding venues.

Kerith Rae is the owner of both Tequila & Deadlifts and The Workshop by T&D. Kerith is a Jill-of-all-trades- working in multiple industries over the years, but always focused on giving back as much as she can. She has an Honors undergraduate degree from Radford University in Communication, with a focus on public relations and events planning, as well as a double minor in Business Management and International Studies. She has her Master’s in Advertising from the VCU Brandcenter with a focus on Creative Brand Management. She has also been a bartender and Certified Personal Trainer for the last 10 years.
