Joe Theismann’s Restaurant is a cool, contemporary neighborhood establishment in Old Town Alexandria known for its curated menu - offering everything from fine aged steaks to Impossible burgers - and warm hospitality. Theismann's offers a variety of private and semi-private event spaces for groups up to 300 guests. Conveniently located near the Metro and many choice hotels, Theismann's provides a comfortable atmosphere with experienced staff who pride themselves on offering an exceptional and stress-free experience for you and your guests!

The private Owners Suite at Theismann's is our most popular event  space with floor to ceiling windows, TVs to catch the game or display a slideshow, a microphone for speeches (offered at no additional charge), and warm, inviting decor. The Suite includes the upper Terrace room and a lower  Mezzanine room, which can be combined to accommodate up to 110 guests for a private event. Individually, the Terrace can accommodate up to 65 guests for an event while the Mezzanine can accommodate up to 45 guests for a semi-private gathering (guests do have to pass thru this area to access the Terrace area). 

Theismann's also offer non-private table reservations for groups up to 25 guests, as well as full buyouts for up to 300 guests. Buyouts include the use of our covered outdoor patio, which seats up to 60 guests. From showers to rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunches, Theismann's is perfect for all your wedding needs!

For off-site events, Theismann's catering menu includes everything from boxed lunches to full-service dinner buffets and bars!
