Until we found There Will Be Cake for our stationery it had been difficult to visualize our wedding theme. We wanted something custom—with character—that wouldn’t obliterate our budget and we’re so happy that we found this option. Jess designed our unique save the dates, invitations and RSVP cards and my only regret is that we didn’t opt for thank you notes too!

After giving Jess a general idea of colors that we like, some objects that have meaning to our relationship, and the general atmosphere that we wanted for our wedding she came back with wonderful sketches to review. Refining our options was easy and straightforward and our feedback was always carefully considered. The finished designs felt like a perfect reflection of the fun, festive vibe we wanted to convey and having that nailed down made the rest of our wedding planning much easier.

When shipping between the printer and our house, USPS lost our invitations. Jess dealt with both the postal service and printer to make sure we got a replacement batch right away. USPS found the original package a week later, and I didn’t want her gorgeous work to go to waste, so I made the extra invitations into paper flowers for our centerpieces. So many guests thought I had planned the paper flowers from the start because the invitations were so lovely and people squabbled to claim the centerpieces to take home! I kept a bouquet as décor for our house and I grin every time I see it.

It was so fun and easy to work with Jess and Robin. It’s the only part of wedding planning that I’d want to do twice!

Lettering was beautiful and designs came out exactly the way that I wanted. Jess and Robin were easy to work with and everything was done early. Really great vendor.

There aren't enough kind words to say about Jessica and Robin. My husband and I wanted custom invitations for our Spring wedding, and after viewing Jessica's work, I knew that she would do a terrific job. I explained to Jessica what my husband and I envisioned for our save the dates as well as our wedding invitations, and she turned our thoughts into a beautiful work of art. Jessica came up with the idea of embossing part of the invitation in gold lettering, which I never would have thought of. Her idea added a unique texture to the invitations that really made them stand out from any others I've ever seen. When I got them in the mail, I actually cried because they were so beautiful. They were better than anything I could have ever expected. I got so many compliments from our wedding guests who absolutely loved the invitations. Jessica and Robin were both so easy to work with. I am not really artistic, and although I had a vision for what I wanted our invitations to look like, it was hard for me to put my words onto paper. Jessica took the time to really listen to what we wanted, and she made sure she understood the aesthetic of the wedding before creating our invites. She was kind, calm, punctual, and a breeze to work with. I couldn't imagine getting our invitations done by anyone else!
