Executive Chef Dean Dassler’s culinary career spans thirty years, all sorts of cuisines, multiple states from the East to West coasts, and everything from casinos, to resorts and hotels, to restaurants. He loves sharing his passion for food with the community - putting together amazing themed tasting dinners for Pub Thirty-Two’s customers, working with local elementary students, and mentoring aspiring chefs. A recent transplant to Southern California, Chef Dean enjoys anything to do with water, and cooking for his loved ones.
Diarmuid Noone began his hospitality career as a child in The Blackthorn Inn in Riverstown, Ireland, lending a hand wherever needed in his parent’s busy pub. He studied hotel management, and has worked in bars and restaurants in Ireland, London, New York City, and Newport Beach. In 2002 he opened his first restaurant in San Clemente, California. Diarmuid and his wife are long-time residents of Mission Viejo, and the proud parents of two boys.
